The Time is Now

So much of success in life is about being at the right place at the right time and with the right team…and that is where we find ourselves now. For that, I am very grateful.

I am proud to welcome to the Nuvolo family the team at Insight Partners, who led our oversubscribed $31M Series C financing. I also want to say thank you to our existing investors at NEA, KP Ventures and Revelation Partners who also participated. I’m very grateful for their commitment and long-term support. Adding to a great group of investors, Henry Frankievich will join our Board of Directors.

In the post-pandemic world, the workplace is becoming the focal point for transformation regardless of sector or industry. This is what I mean by being in the right place at the right time. Everybody else sees now what we have known since Nuvolo was founded. Our vision when we built Connected Workplace was to bring all employees, spaces, assets, and service management activities together through one platform. And because of our hard work over the past several years, that vision is coming to fruition. We understand the importance of a connected work environment and now is the time to bring even more innovation to our clients and partners. We have the right team and expertise in place to ensure broad-based adoption in the market. This financing will enable us to go faster and accelerate our vision.

This is an important milestone – representing a big vote of confidence in our team, vision, strategy, and ability to innovate at light speed and lead the market. And for that, I am very thankful to our new investment partners. The race is on and the connected workplace market is evolving more rapidly than ever before. I have a very ambitious vision for Nuvolo, and with our financial resources, we can make that vision a reality. The market demands a holistically built modern connected workplace solution, and that is where Nuvolo will thrive in the years ahead.

As we increase velocity, it’s important to me that we remain committed to our core values; To take care of one another, act with integrity and embrace teamwork. At the end of the day, it’s all about our people – and they are just as excited about the journey ahead and share the same ambitious vision for Nuvolo as I do. It is also about the trust our customers and partners place in us, and that we place in each other day after day. That is our secret weapon. That is what has allowed us to do extraordinary things in this marketplace in such a short amount of time. It is these commitments that will continue to elevate our culture and our company.

With the infusion of capital, our top priorities are growth, acceleration in innovation and customer success. We are committed to achieving all three of these objectives simultaneously and are confident we can do that well. A bold vision, incredible market opportunity and transformational technology must be grounded in thoughtful execution on fundamentals and keeping our people, clients and partners out in front.

How We Got Here.

In 2020 we saw record revenues for our company and, all things considered, it was a pretty remarkable year given the challenges of the marketplace. We were spotlighted as a Major Player in the IDC MarketScape for Worldwide IWMS, included in the Gartner Market Guide for IWMS, the Verdantix Buyers Guide for IWMS, and we’re just getting started. We formally launched our Connected Workplace brand, grew our business more than 40% YoY in the worst economic crisis in 100 years, added 76 new team members, and expanded our leadership team in the US, Europe and India. We also expanded our important partner ecosystem and are seeing incremental growth in our business as a result. Connected Workplace is resonating in the marketplace as Fortune 5000 companies and their peers in federal, state and local government begin executing on their post-pandemic workplace services journey. We will navigate this journey successfully together.

Where We’re Going.

My goal is simple – Dominate the market globally for modern workplace management software and grow our business by delighting our customers and partners. Accelerating execution on our vision of one platform to connect all employees, spaces, assets, and service management activities. This is what the marketplace demands, and it is our goal to create just that. We will continue to disrupt, modernize, transform and deliver, equipped with the capital to do it all faster and even more effectively than ever before.

I want to say a special thank you to our Nuvolo family members, customers, partners, investors, and everyone who has supported us along the way. This journey is just getting started and we are committed to doing it together.
